Yes! Every Luxe Beads by HM bag is 100% handmade with love, care, and close attention to detail. Each piece is designed to be elegant, bold, and one-of-a-kind.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
- Ready-to-order bags: 2–5 business days
- Out-of-stock or pre-order bags: 2–3 weeks to make
  (Some intricate designs may take longer—if so, you’ll be notified.
3. Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes! If you see a piece you love that isn’t available yet, you can pre-order it. Pre-orders typically ship within 5 weeks.
Note: Pre-orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Full payment is required at the time of order.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our pieces. However, we offer exchanges for unworn items that are still in their original tag and packaging.

5. How do I care for my beaded bag?
Store your bag in a dust bag or clean, dry place. Avoid liquids, oils, and rough surfaces. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

Yes! If you have a specific color, size, or design in mind, feel free to fill out our custom order form. We’re happy to bring your custom vision to life.
7. Do we ship outside Canada ? Yes we do! We ship everywhere. All US, UK and International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply).
