• At Luxe Beads by HM, we pride ourselves on delivering good quality PIECES, therefore all sales are final; however, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. We offer exchanges for unworn items in their original tag and packaging.

1. Are your bags handmade?
Yes! Every Luxe Beads by HM bag is 100% handmade with love, care, and close attention to detail. Each piece is designed to be elegant, bold, and one-of-a-kind.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

• Ready-to-order bags: 2–5 business days

• Out-of-stock or pre-order bags: 2–3 weeks to make
  (Some intricate designs may take longer—if so, you’ll be notified.

3. Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes! If you see a piece you love that isn’t available yet, you can pre-order it. Pre-orders typically ship within 5 weeks.

4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our pieces. However, we offer exchanges for unworn items that are still in their original tag and packaging.
