- Ready to Order bags: Takes about 2-5 days to process
- Out-of- Stock or Pre-order bags: Takes 2-3 Weeks to make however, some designs may take more time to make.

  - Edmonton Local delivery: Downtown $5, North $8, South $10 (Tuesday - Saturday 1PM - 6PM)
  - Pickup (Edmonton): Free Doorstep Pickup
  - Alberta ( Ex. Yeg ): $15 (Standard Shipping 2-4 business days)
  - Outside Alberta: $20 (Standard Shipping 3-7 business days)
  - USA: $35 (Standard Shipping 10-15 business days).
  - United Kingdom: $48 (Standard Shipping 6-10 business days).
  - International Shipping: : $65 (Intl Shipping 6 - 15 business days)
    International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
- At Luxe Beads by HM, we pride ourselves on delivering good quality PIECES, therefore all sales are final; however, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. We offer exchanges for unworn items in their original tag and packaging.

Shipping, Customs & Returned Packages Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct and that they are available to receive their package.
For international orders, customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country or shipping carrier. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal to pay customs/import fees,
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information,
- unclaimed packages,
- or refusal of delivery,
the customer may choose one of the following options once the package is successfully returned to us:
1. Reshipment
  We can resend the package once the customer pays the new shipping cost and any applicable fees.
2. Partial Refund
  If the customer no longer wants the order, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:
- original shipping costs,
- return shipping fees,
- customs/brokerage charges billed to us,
- payment processing fees,
- and any non-recoverable business expenses related to the order.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customs/import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
- If the shipping carrier charges us customs, brokerage, disposal, or return fees for the returned shipment, those costs will also be deducted from any eligible refund.
- We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or additional import requirements imposed by your country.
Pre-Order Policy
- Saw a Piece and can’t wait for it to launch? Pre-order your Piece, and we’ll have them shipped to you within 2-3 weeks.
- Please note: Pre-orders are final—no cancellations or changes after purchase. Full payment is required at the time of order to ensure you get your exclusive piece.

Que se passe-t-il si mon colis est retourné ou si les frais de douane sont refusés ?
Les clients sont responsables de s’assurer que l’adresse de livraison fournie est correcte et qu’ils sont disponibles pour recevoir leur colis.
Pour les commandes internationales, les clients sont entièrement responsables de tous les frais de douane, taxes d’importation, frais de courtage ou autres frais supplémentaires exigés par leur pays ou le transporteur. Ces frais ne sont pas inclus dans le prix des produits ou des frais d’expédition, sauf indication contraire.
Si un colis nous est retourné en raison de :
- tentatives de livraison échouées,
- refus de payer les frais de douane/importation,
- adresse de livraison incorrecte ou incomplète,
- colis non réclamé,
- ou refus de réception,
le client pourra choisir l’une des options suivantes une fois le colis retourné avec succès :
1. Réexpédition
  Nous pouvons renvoyer le colis une fois que le client a payé les nouveaux frais d’expédition ainsi que tous les frais applicables.
2. Remboursement partiel
  Si le client ne souhaite plus recevoir sa commande, un remboursement partiel pourra être effectué après déduction :
- des frais d’expédition initiaux,
- des frais de retour,
- des frais de douane/courtage qui nous ont été facturés,
- des frais de traitement de paiement,
- ainsi que de toute autre dépense non récupérable liée à la commande.
Veuillez noter :
- Les frais d’expédition ne sont pas remboursables.
- Les frais de douane/importation demeurent la responsabilité du client.
- Si le transporteur nous facture des frais de douane, de courtage, de retour ou de traitement pour le colis retourné, ces frais seront également déduits de tout remboursement admissible.
- Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards, retenues douanières ou exigences d’importation supplémentaires imposés par votre pays.

- Vous avez repéré une pièce que vous adorez et que vous ne voulez pas attendre ? Précommandez-la, et nous vous l’enverrons dans un délai de 2-3 semaines.

Yes! Every Luxe Beads by HM bag is 100% handmade with love, care, and close attention to detail. Each piece is designed to be elegant, bold, and one-of-a-kind.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
- Ready-to-order bags: 2–5 business days
- Out-of-stock or pre-order bags: 2–3 weeks to make
  (Some intricate designs may take longer—if so, you’ll be notified.
3. Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes! If you see a piece you love that isn’t available yet, you can pre-order it. Pre-orders typically ship within 5 weeks.
Note: Pre-orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Full payment is required at the time of order.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our pieces. However, we offer exchanges for unworn items that are still in their original tag and packaging.
To request an exchange, please email us at luxebeadsbyhm@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
5. How do I care for my beaded bag?
Store your bag in a dust bag or clean, dry place. Avoid liquids, oils, and rough surfaces. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
6. Can I place a custom order?
Yes! If you have a specific color, size, or design in mind, feel free to fill out our custom order form. We’re happy to bring your custom vision to life.
7. Do we ship outside Canada ? Yes we do! We ship everywhere. All US, UK and International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply).
